Questionnaires gauge behavioral risk factors related to health and document participants&#8217; reports of chronic disease diagnoses.<\/p>\n<p>This month, MCDC&#8217;s partners at the <a href=\"http:\/\/msdis.missouri.edu\">Missouri Spatial Data Information Service<\/a> (MSDIS) present <a href=\"https:\/\/storymaps.arcgis.com\/stories\/74028bee58af4e83ab7be2249124dd2c\">county-level maps showing results of the 2016 study<\/a> for diabetes, high blood pressure, and kidney disease.<\/p>\n<p><em>Missouri Census Data Center frequently works with MSDIS on mapping and data projects.
